Overview

At Kosma, we take pride in the staffing services and solutions we provide. Our commitment to your satisfaction is paramount. However, we understand that certain circumstances may necessitate a request for a refund. This Refunds Policy outlines the conditions under which Kosma, Corp. may offer refunds and the process for submitting a refund request.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds for Services:

  • Refunds for staffing services may be considered on a case-by-case basis. In instances where a candidate has not met the contractual performance standards within six months of their start date, despite due diligence in our vetting process, we will evaluate the situation and determine if a refund or credit towards future service is appropriate.

Refunds for Contracting Services:

  • If a contracted candidate terminates their assignment prematurely or fails to start, we will offer a replacement candidate or a pro-rated refund corresponding to the unfulfilled contract period, provided that all contractual obligations have been met by the client.

Refunds for Networking Events and Professional Development:

  • For fees associated with networking events or professional development courses, refunds may be issued if the cancellation is made within a specified timeframe prior to the event or course start date. Typically, this timeframe is fourteen days for a full refund.

Non-refundable Circumstances

  • No refunds will be issued for services fully rendered and completed to the satisfaction of both parties.
  • Membership fees, if applicable, are typically non-refundable except under exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Kosma, Corp.

Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please follow the steps below:

  1. Submit a written request to our support team at info@kosmacorp.com within the time frames listed above.
  2. Include a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request, along with any supporting documentation.
  3. Allow us five business days to process your request. We will review the circumstances and communicate our decision.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • We will initiate the refund to your original method of payment.
  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
